Pre wedding Giggles ~Stuck on U Sketches Oct 11/13- Picture heavy!

Welcome to Friday reveal at Stuck on U Sketches! Today our sketch is designed by co-creator Nanne Harry! Lots of lovely layers in this one! I wasn't too sure if and how I was even going to get this on my blog as my computer is doing very funny things, and I am NOT laughing! So I am using Picasa 3 for my editing and resizing. I think it worked out ok!  I used Prima's Fairy Rhymes paper collection with a touch of Kaisercraft Basecoat collection to add to the rustic charm of the barn and total feel to this layout!

My layout is about my lovely sisters wedding. It was a beautiful hot day at the end of June and the wedding was out doors on a rural yard with many amazing nooks and crannies for photo taking! This photo was taken behind an OLD barn as they awaited the signal to start the ceremony. Many nervous giggling going on! The photographer is Phraze Photography and if you click on the link you can see all the photos of Cheryl and John's wedding! The other beauty in this photo is my lovely daughter Jerica! She is the niece to Cheryl and made almost all the wedding decorations as well as super yummy cupcakes made from scratch!

Here is the supper fun sketch by Nanne!

here I had funny with some Blue Fern Studios Chippies! I used Pretty Weeds, and the Heart Set! On the Pretty Weeds I used Stampendous Fran-tage shabby pink embossing enamel. and on the Heart Set I first painted them white with gesso. I then used both the shabby pink embossing enamel and aged bronze embossing enamel. I LOVED how they turned out! Gorgeous effect- tutorial calling! The flowers are all from I am Roses with a bit of a wash of gesso on them.

the coral circle is by Dusty Attic and i first painted it white with gesso and then added some Prima Vintage Pink chalk ink over it. I was pretty happy with how it went with my daughters dress, I did some really rough edge punching for a distessed feel.

I used a Prima stencil called static and used it along with Molding paste. I did a bit of stamping along the outer edge of the photo mat. I love the title I chose! I think it fit what was going on just perfectly!

here you can see the rough edge punching I did, the masking and stamping. When the layout was done I did some random dry brushing of gesso to finish of this rustic romantic shabby shic layout!
