Happy Girls ~SOUS~

Woo Hoo! Is it really Friday again? Reveal Friday? How awesome! I've got a really cute layout to share for you! Here is my Great niece Cassidy playing at the playground! I'm so glad her mom puts all these photos on Facebook for me to snitch and scrap! The sketch this week at Stuck on U Sketches leans to a Clean and Simple style, IMO, and this is my version of it!

I used the Little Miss collection from Bo Bunny. Perfect for little girls! On the background paper I used a Prima Mask with some Molding Paste, applied with a plastic gift card. Once dry I put the mask back in place and used some distress inks to bring out the areas I used the paste on, balancing the color of the pink polka dot paper.

This weeks sketch was created by our own Leah Schaeffer! Check out her blog!

Here is a close up of the paper flower I made using 3 layers of a white diecut flower sprayed with Glimmer Mist.

I used a sticker that came with the collection and layered it with a paper doily, and chipboard doily from Dusty Attic painted white and then Glimmer Mist. I dressed it up with some stickles and cute flowers. I added a Dusty Attic flourish painted white and then with a coat of Rock Candy Distress Crackle Paint. Love the look!

Just a different angle here so you can see the layers and dimension
.
I had fun using a few different border punches around the outside of the polka dot paper, of course, inked and distressed!

Thanks for stopping by, it was good to "see" you again! Be sure to go to SOUS blog and check out the other designers awesome work! Have fun with this weeks sketch!
