~Giggly Girls~ SOUS!

Hello fellow scrappers! Its reveal day at Stuck on U Sketches, and Spring is in the air!  I am so glad you stopped by to see the lovely original sketch we were given to work with, and I sure hope you will give it a go and join in on all the FUN!!!!  I used my March Limited Edition kit from My Creative Scrapbook.  Let me tell you, have I ever enjoyed working with this kit! It is so jam packed full of goodies!

I took this photo of my great nieces this past summer at a family wedding shower for my daughter. These girls are just too cute for words!

Here is the awesome sketch I had so much fun working with.

This is a close up of the flower cluster I made, some of the flowers came with the kit, and the pink and blue flower with the pearl center are flowers I made with a new die I got from Cheery Lynn Designs. The fern leaves are from Dusty Attic.

I just love the Dusty Attic grass with flower stem that I used in this close up!  I used Distress inks and Distress Embossing powder on them.  The title was made with Prima linen alphas that are just the right size... not too big and not too small.

You can see some of the masking I did with a Prima mask called Songbird.  I did some faux stitching, and used a Martha Stewart punch on the corners of the white cardstock.

Here is a little cluster of the DA grass and flower stems, some chipboard , bits of a doily, itty bitty  flowers from Prima as well as a metal/bling heart.  Of course, I can't forget the edge distressing and inking that make all my layouts complete!

Well, I hope you had a blast looking at my layout and close ups, and please remember to go to Stuck on U Sketches and check out what our other awesome designers have created with the sketch!  I promise you will NOT be disappointed!  There just might be something in it for you too!
